At All Trade Products, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make things right.
Easy Returns – 30-Day Policy
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

A proof of purchase or order number is required

Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, personal care items, clearance items) are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons — these will be clearly marked on the product page
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
To start a return, contact us at cs@alltradeproducts.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
